Apartment and Townhome Features

When residing at Southbrook, you can expect to enjoy a centrally located playground that includes a basketball court right next to it. Some of our units have washers and dryers available, however we have a laundry facility on site for units without them. We also have units that include detached garages, patios or balconies. Small pets are welcome at Southbrook but see our information page on fees. Handicap accessible and equipped units are available and located on our lower level.
